About Dave Wenger
Dave Wenger was born in Lorain, Ohio and was raised in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Since receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2011, he has always fought passionately for his clients.
While at Widener University School of Law, Attorney Wenger was a member of the Widener Law Review, Moot Court Honor Society, the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society. He was also a law clerk for the Honorable John F. Wagner Jr.
Upon graduation, he worked for the Mercer County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. While in this role he led felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile trials, successfully prosecuting Homicide, Rape, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Possession with Intent to Deliver, and Receiving Stolen Property. While trying more than 50 jury cases, he also oversaw and managed all cases regarding sexual assault and serious domestic violence assaults.
During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Attorney Wenger learned how to think like the prosecution. He now uses his signature aggressive style to benefit his clients in the areas of criminal defense, DUI defense, drug defense, retail theft defense,traffic, summaries, divorce, custody, child support, and estate law.
